BHS Counseling Announcements

Attention Juniors :   Applications are available in the counseling office for students interested in attending " Girls State " or " Boys State " sponsored by the American Legion.   Both Programs provide an opportunity to learn about government and civics while spending time on a NH college campus.  If selected, scholarships are available to cover most of the cost through the American Legion. The application deadline for Girls State is May 15, 2019 .  The application for Boys State is May 29, 2019 (application fee is required).  Please stop by the counseling office for more detailed information if you are interested.

Paying for College 101  March 12, 2020  6:30pm Room 203/206 Presented by NHHEAF (New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation) This evening program helps families understand and evaluate financial aid packages. We discuss such issues as reporting outside scholarships, financing options, avoiding scholarship scams and writing special circumstance letters. Attendees will receive assorted reference materials.
