BHS Standardized Testing Schedule Spring 2017

April 5th- State required SAT  (for all Juniors)
  • BHS gym at 7:45 am (NOT at St. Anselm this year)
  • All juniors are required to complete the exam on this day
  • Students with accommodations will test in the Mini Gym
  • There will be a short snack break provided by us
  • After the test ends (around 12:30am) juniors can all leave BHS, you will not see them for block 4
  • There is NO need for them to bring a backpack that day!
May 3rd & 4th- Science NECAP
  • All juniors test together in the BHS gym 
  • Begins first thing in the morning
  • Wednesday the 3rd will take place 1st block-Advisory
  • Thursday the 4th will run through blocks 1 & 2 (snack provided)
  • Students do NOT go home afterwards
May- AP & IB terminus courses
  • All tests will take place at Saint Elizabeth Seton Church Activity Center on Meetinghouse Rd.
  • AP tests take precedence over all other standardized tests. Any exam conflicts need to be discussed in advance with the test coordinator.
  • AP tests are the first two weeks of the month (1st-12th)
  • IB tests are the first three weeks of the month (they even have a test over April break!)
  • Most tests will begin at 8:00am or at noon- all students must attend BHS classes that day

Challenge   Days  are powerful, high energy programs in which youth and adult participants are guided through a series of experiential learning experiences. The overall goals of the program are to increase personal power and self esteem, to shift dangerous peer pressure to positive peer support and to eliminate the acceptability of teasing, violence and all forms of oppression.  Challenge   Days  are designed to unite the members of the school and to carry the themes of the program back to the greater school population.  When:  December 7th Location:  BHS  Gym Who:YOU!! PSAT/SAT Testing

August 29th SAT Information In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to focus our available testing on Bedford students. Offering Saturday test dates requires being open to all test takers. Thus, we have cancelled our August 29th offering of the SAT. The November 9th offering is still available at this time. We will continue to offer our school day testing that can be limited to Bedford residents.  Students in the applicable class are registered automatically.  No registration or fee will be required. All Seniors (Class of 2021) will take the SAT at BHS on September 23rd, 2020. All Juniors (Class of 2022) will take the PSAT on October 14th, 2020 and the SAT on  March 24th,  2021. All Sophomores will take the PSAT10 in the Spring of 2021.
